Checked into the Standard Queen Room for one night. The staff at the reception was the friendliest part of my stay. They were accommodating when I mentioned needing assistance with my room. Unfortunately, the room itself lacked cleanliness. I noticed dirt on the floor and stains on the carpet, made me uneasy. The bathroom had certain areas that clearly hadn't seen a cleaning in a while. There was even some debris left on the sink counter. Wi-Fi struggled to keep a connection, frustrating when trying to plan my next day. No breakfast options were available, disappointing given my long trip. Although the room had a tv and air conditioning, the overall unpleasant atmosphere made it hard to relax. I couldn't shake off the feeling that maintenance was seriously lacking. The mattress felt old, possibly leading to a poor night's sleep. Something definitely needs to change to improve this place.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by the outlet and liquor store. The room with single bed. The food was good, had plenty of options.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Bakersfield, most things, and stores. The very very helpful staff made my stay a such wonderful experience. They served good food for breakfast.

The staff provided some travel tips .
My room was not cleaned properly. There were visible food crumbs behind the bed and cockroaches scuttling around. I was left feeling uneasy when I had to ask for clean sheets, only to be handed them without assistance. The overall lack of maintenance was evident with broken drawer handles and a strong musty smell throughout the room.

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We enjoyed amazing attractions like the Big Red Barn and Murray Family Farms. The location was great, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, they don't serve breakfast, so grab some snacks before you arrive.
It was disappointing, especially since the hotel wasn't fully booked.

missingWrote a review on 18 Julfriendly check-inbasic amenitiesunclean roomunpleasant odorno breakfast
The stay had a friendly check-in experience, but the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty floors and unmaintained bathrooms. A persistent unpleasant odor made the environment less inviting, and the absence of breakfast options was disappointing for travelers looking for convenience. With basic amenities in need of updates, it's hard to recommend this place unless necessary.

Helpful staff but a roach-infested nightmare
I stayed for 3 nights and was constantly battling roaches in my room. The internet was slow, and there's no breakfast as advertised. The room had a bad odor, and the beds were not clean. The only positive was the helpful staff who did their best given the circumstances.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend outing in Bakersfield with all in all great value for money. The towels were thin, but still worked okay for a quick shower. Bring your own toiletries, as none were offered.
